01 — Consultation

Weight
Management.

This consultation focuses on diet, movement, sleep and the patterns that shape daily life. It provides an unhurried opportunity to speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner about your relationship with weight and what an appropriate next step may look like for you.

This page relates to the consultation only. Where a care plan is considered appropriate, it will be tailored to your individual circumstances. Your practitioner will determine whether any further treatment plan or support is suitable. Individual outcomes vary, and completing an assessment does not guarantee a particular treatment or result.

02 — The conversation

What the consultation
covers.

01

Food and appetite

How you eat across a week, what shapes hunger and fullness, and the routines that have built up over time.

02

Movement

The activity already in your day, what feels sustainable, and where small, realistic changes might fit.

03

Sleep and recovery

Rest, energy, and the rhythms that affect how the body manages weight from one day to the next.

04

Daily patterns

Work, stress, and the practical realities of life that influence the choices available to you.

03 — Who it's for

For those weighing
a considered start.

This consultation may suit adults in Australia who would like to talk through their weight with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. People who want their history, their day, and their preferences taken into account before any decision is made.

It is a starting point for a conversation, not a promise of a particular result. After speaking with you, your practitioner may recommend lifestyle support, further investigation, a referral, review with your GP, or that telehealth is not the right setting for your needs.

04 — What to expect

How it
unfolds.

01

Tell us about you.

A clinical intake: your history, your day, what brought you here. Completed at your own pace.

02

Speak with a practitioner.

A 30-minute consultation by video with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Long enough to ask questions and have them answered.

03

A treatment plan, if needed.

Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.

04

Ongoing care.

Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.

05 — Common questions

Asked often.

A few things people tend to want to know before they book. If something is not covered here, get in touch.

It is a consultation. You speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner about food, movement, sleep, and the patterns of your day. Whether anything follows, and what that might be, is a clinical decision made with you. We never advertise an outcome.

No referral is needed to book. You can arrange a consultation directly. With your consent, your practitioner may suggest involving your existing GP so your care stays joined up.

Your practitioner may recommend lifestyle support, further investigation, a referral, review with your GP, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. They may also advise that telehealth is not the right setting for your needs. Individual results vary.

Consultations are led by AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioners, by video. They take your history, your circumstances, and your preferences into account before anything is decided.

06 — Please note

Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, referral to another doctor, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
