Care, considered.
Zendra Health is a considered telehealth clinic. It is built on a simple idea. Good care takes time. We are an unhurried, video-first practice. Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner who listens before they advise. The conversation is the most important part of the appointment.
We see people right across Australia by video. We keep your care continuous, so your history travels with you from one visit to the next.
There is more
to the story.
Zendra began with a feeling many people will recognise. You are doing the right things, yet something still feels off. You want an unhurried consultation where your history is taken into account.
So we built Zendra to feel measured, not transactional. That means longer consultations, continuity that follows you, and AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioners who take the time to understand the whole picture before they suggest a path forward. The experience is part of the care. We wanted it to feel calm, considered and easy.
A consultation with us might lead to advice, monitoring, lifestyle support, a referral, further investigation, or, where clinically appropriate, a treatment plan. It might also lead to a recommendation for in-person care. We think honesty about that is part of doing the job well, and that individual results always vary.
Slower,
on purpose.
Three habits that shape how a consultation feels. These are a standard for how we work, not a promise of any outcome.
Room to talk.
Every consultation begins with your story. Context is where good care begins, so we make room for it. Nothing useful is left unsaid for the sake of the clock.
Clear reasoning.
Recommendations are grounded in current clinical evidence and explained plainly, without jargon. We are open about what is known and what is not.
A plan that follows.
Care is rarely a single visit. We continue across follow-ups, adjusting as your circumstances change, with your history carried forward.
The people behind your care.
Every consultation at Zendra is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Meet the team, and a little about how they work.
Four principles.
The values that shape every consultation, from the first message to the last follow-up.
Australia-Wide Telehealth.
Care by secure video, wherever you are in Australia. You join from home, work, or anywhere you feel settled.
02AHPRA-Registered Australian Practitioners.
Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. You meet live by video.
03Unhurried Consultations.
Longer appointments, by default. An initial consultation runs 30 minutes, with 45 available if you need more time. The detail that matters often sits beneath the surface, and drawing it out takes time.
04Care Designed Around You.
Outcomes stay open. A consultation may lead to advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is clinically appropriate. The decision is shared.
Considered care, for considered people.
Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. Where it is not the right fit, your practitioner will say so and point you toward more appropriate care.
People who want to be heard.
Maybe you have felt rushed before. A longer, considered conversation may suit you better.
Those weighing their options.
A consultation is a place to ask questions and understand the choices in front of you. There is no obligation to proceed.
Anyone seeking continuity.
You may want a practitioner who carries your history forward and follows up over time. That is how we work.
Four
steps.
Tell us about you.
A clinical intake: your history, your day, what brought you here. Completed at your own pace.
Speak with a practitioner.
A 30-minute consultation by video with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Long enough to ask questions and have them answered.
A treatment plan, if needed.
Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.
Ongoing care.
Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.
Common questions.
A few things people often ask before booking. There is no rush to decide.
Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. The appointment is a live video conversation. Your practitioner takes your history and circumstances into account before offering any advice.
No. Telehealth is not suitable for every person or every concern. Where it is not the right fit, your practitioner will say so and may recommend in-person care, a GP review, a referral, further investigation, or no treatment at all.
Outcomes are kept open and decided with you. A consultation may lead to advice, monitoring, lifestyle support, a referral, further investigation, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. Individual results vary.
