01 — Consultation

Men's
Health.

A consultation about the things men often notice and rarely raise. Low energy, changes in mood or drive, broken sleep, shifts in strength or body composition. It is an unhurried conversation with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner about what you are experiencing and what might sit behind it.

This page describes the consultation only. Your practitioner starts with a clinical assessment and, where indicated, blood work, before anything is decided. Any treatment plan is shaped around your results. It may include lifestyle guidance, further investigation, monitoring, referral, or, if deemed medically appropriate, medication. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.

02 — The conversation

What the consultation
covers.

01

Energy, drive and mood

How your energy, motivation and mood sit day to day, and any changes you have noticed over time.

02

Sleep and recovery

Rest, recovery, and how well your body is managing the demands you place on it.

03

Strength and body composition

Changes in strength, training, or body composition, and the everyday patterns that sit behind them.

04

Your history

The wider picture of your health, what you have noticed, and the questions you have been carrying for a while.

03 — Who it's for

Who it's
for.

This consultation may suit men in Australia who would like to talk through their energy, sleep, mood or everyday health with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. It suits men who want an unhurried conversation, where their history and circumstances are taken into account before any decision is made.

It is a starting point for a conversation, not a promise of a particular result. If your concern would be better served by in-person care, your practitioner will say so and help you find the right path.

Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.

04

Ongoing care.

Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.

05 — Common questions

Asked often.

A few things people tend to want to know before they book. If something is not covered here, get in touch.

It is a consultation. You speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner about energy, sleep, mood and the everyday patterns that shape how you feel. Any next steps are discussed with you and depend on your individual circumstances. An assessment does not guarantee any particular outcome.

You talk through what you have noticed with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Your practitioner reviews your history and, where indicated, may arrange blood work or further investigation before anything is decided. Any treatment plan is shaped around your results and your circumstances.

No referral is needed to book a consultation. With your consent, your practitioner may suggest involving your existing GP so your care stays joined up.

It depends on you. Your practitioner may recommend lifestyle guidance, further investigation, a referral, review with your GP, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. They may also advise that telehealth is not the right setting for your needs. Individual results vary.

06 — Please note

Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, referral to another doctor, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
