001 — On Zendra

We do not deal in
quick fixes.
We start with an unhurried conversation, a proper assessment,
and, where clinically appropriate,
a plan shaped around your life.

That plan might be lifestyle advice. It might be a referral, or ongoing review with your usual GP. Sometimes it includes a treatment plan, decided by your practitioner, where it is appropriate for you.

Every consultation is a live video appointment. You speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Your notes and your follow-up come with you.

There is
more to the story.

004 — How it works

Four
steps.

01

Tell us about you.

A clinical intake: your history, your day, what brought you here. Completed at your own pace.

02

Speak with a practitioner.

A 30-minute consultation by video with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Long enough to ask questions and have them answered.

03

A treatment plan, if needed.

Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.

04

Ongoing care.

Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.

005 — The clinic

Built around
the consultation.

Our care runs on the question, not the clock. An initial consultation is 30 minutes, with an extended 45-minute appointment available, because the answers tend to sit beneath the surface, in patterns of sleep, work, stress, food and movement that take time to draw out.

Telehealth is not suitable for every concern. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, GP review, referral to another doctor, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances.

007 — Questions

Good to
know.

How does a consultation work?

You choose a time, complete a short intake, then meet an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner by video. Appointments are unhurried, with time to talk things through. Your notes and follow-up carry with you, visit to visit.

Is telehealth right for my concern?

Often, but not always. Telehealth is not suitable for every concern. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, a GP review, a referral to another doctor, or further investigation where appropriate.

Do I need a referral to book?

No — you can book a consultation directly. If a referral would support your care, your practitioner can arrange one.

Will I be prescribed medication?

Only where it is clinically appropriate. That decision is made by an appropriately authorised AHPRA-registered prescriber. A consultation may equally lead to advice, monitoring, lifestyle support, or a referral. If a prescription is issued, you choose your pharmacy. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Where are you based, and who can you see?

We're Melbourne-made and consult with patients across Australia by video.

How much does it cost?

Consultation fees are shown before you book — no hidden or surprise charges.
