Injury Recovery.
An injury that will not settle is wearing. You have rested it, and it still nags. This is a consultation about recovery from injury, mobility, and rehabilitation support. It is a conversation, and any treatment plan is decided with your practitioner. You talk through what happened and how the body has responded since. An AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner helps you make sense of where things stand. Telehealth is not suitable for every concern, and individual results vary.
This page describes the consultation only. Where a treatment plan is appropriate, it is shaped around your circumstances, and your practitioner decides what, if anything, follows. Individual results vary, and an assessment does not guarantee a particular outcome.
What the consultation
covers.
Your history
How the injury happened, what has changed since, and the daily activities it now touches.
Mobility and movement
A conversation about range of motion, what feels limited, and where movement has become guarded.
Rehabilitation support
How recovery has been going, what you have already tried, and where considered support might help.
The wider picture
Sleep, load, work demands, and the other patterns that shape how the body recovers over time.
This consultation may suit you if you are recovering from an injury and want an unhurried conversation about mobility and rehabilitation support. It suits people who would rather talk things through than guess. You speak with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner, by video, from wherever you are in Australia. No drive to the city, and no rush.
It is not an emergency service. If your injury is severe, worsening, or causing you concern, please seek urgent in-person care. Your practitioner may also recommend GP review, a referral, or further investigation, depending on your circumstances.
How it
unfolds.

A clinical intake: your history, your day, what brought you here. Completed at your own pace.
Speak with a practitioner.
A 30-minute consultation by video with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Long enough to ask questions and have them answered.
A treatment plan, if needed.
Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.
Ongoing care.
Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.
Asked often.
A few things people tend to want to know before they book. If something is not covered here, get in touch.
No. It is a conversation with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner about your recovery. Where hands-on assessment, imaging, or in-person rehabilitation is needed, your practitioner will say so and help you understand the next step.
Telehealth is not an emergency service. If your injury is severe, worsening, or causing you concern, please seek urgent in-person care. A video consultation is better suited to a considered conversation than to acute or escalating injuries.
No referral is needed to book a consultation. If your practitioner feels a referral, GP review, or further investigation would help, they will discuss that with you during the appointment.
Outcomes are kept open. Depending on your circumstances, that may be advice, monitoring, a recommendation for in-person care, a referral, lifestyle support, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. A consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome, and individual results vary.
Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, referral to another doctor, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
