Seven areas of focus.
Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner and held by video, wherever you are. The conversation comes first. You get a clinical assessment, time to ask questions, and care that continues afterwards.
What follows the consultation depends on you. It might be lifestyle advice, ongoing monitoring, a referral, further investigation, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. Telehealth is not suitable for everyone. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Four
steps.
Tell us about you.
A clinical intake: your history, your day, what brought you here. Completed at your own pace.
Speak with a practitioner.
A 30-minute consultation by video with an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner. Long enough to ask questions and have them answered.
A treatment plan, if needed.
Advice, monitoring, a referral, lifestyle support, or a treatment plan where it is deemed medically appropriate. Your choice of pharmacy.
Ongoing care.
Your practitioner advises when a review is recommended. You can ask for an earlier appointment if your health changes. Your history is carried with you, visit to visit.
What a consultation may lead to.
No two conversations end the same way. Your practitioner recommends only what is clinically appropriate for you. Sometimes that is no treatment at all.
Advice
Lifestyle guidance grounded in your circumstances, with practical next steps you can act on.
Monitoring
Ongoing review over time. Changes are noticed, and your treatment plan is adjusted as you go.
Referral
A pathway to in-person care, a GP, or another practitioner when that setting suits you better.
Investigation
Further assessment or testing, so a concern is understood before any decision is made.
Treatment plan
Where one is clinically appropriate, a treatment plan shaped around your circumstances and decided together with your practitioner.

Before you book.
A few things people ask before a first consultation. For anything else, our team is glad to help.
Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner and held by video. Your practitioner reviews your history and your concerns before any advice is given.
No. The seven areas are starting points for a conversation. If you are unsure, choose the one closest to what brought you here. Your practitioner will help you make sense of the rest.
Telehealth is not suitable for every concern. Your practitioner may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, GP review, a referral, further investigation, or no treatment, depending on your circumstances.
What follows depends on you. It might be lifestyle advice, ongoing monitoring, a referral, further investigation, or, if deemed medically appropriate, a treatment plan. Individual results vary, and a consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
You can book a consultation directly. If a referral or further care is needed after your conversation, your practitioner will guide you on the next step.
Not sure where to start?
You do not need to have it all worked out. Book a consultation. An AHPRA-registered Australian healthcare practitioner will help you make sense of it, then suggest a considered path. Where telehealth is not the right fit, they will say so.
